Founder Leslie Fisher

L2Diversity was born out of the need to close the gap for inclusion of Black/Latinix groups in the workplace. We are using a similar benchmarking methodology that has proven effective increasing inclusion for LGBTQI. Leslie Fisher leverages an extensive background as an independent business and marketing consultant in high tech and financial services industries. Ms. Fisher also brings to the table executive board member experience for non-profits supporting diverse and underserved communities.
